What this policy covers

This notice explains what happens to the information you give us when you request a private jet charter quote through this site. It applies to the quote form, any follow-up calls or emails that come from it, and the records we keep afterward.

We are a charter broker. We arrange flights with independent operators; we do not own or fly aircraft. That distinction matters here, because some of your information has to pass to an operator before anyone can put a price on your trip.

The details we collect

When you ask for a quote, the form asks for your name, phone number, and email address, plus the trip itself: departure and arrival points, dates, passenger count, and anything you tell us about bags, pets, or timing. If you call instead, we take the same details by hand.

We also keep basic technical information that any website gathers, such as the page you arrived from and the device you used. We use it to see which route pages people actually find useful and to keep the quote form working. We do not ask for payment card numbers to produce a quote, and you should never need to send one through this site.

Why we ask for it

Every number in a charter estimate comes from somewhere specific. Aircraft category, runway length and elevation at the airports you name, and the date you want to fly all move the price. Your contact details let us ask a follow-up question when a detail is missing, and they are how the quote reaches you.

We use your information to prepare and deliver quotes, to answer questions about a trip, and to keep a record of what was discussed. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you requested a quote.

Who sees your trip details

To price a trip, we send the itinerary to operators who hold the aircraft that fit it. Those operators need the route, dates, passenger count, and similar trip facts to respond. We share your contact information only as far as needed to move a quote forward, and only with operators quoting your specific trip.

Operators are separate businesses. Once an operator has your details for a quote, its own privacy practices apply to what it does with them. We do not pass your information to anyone else unless the law requires it, and we do not publish or trade it.

Calls may be recorded

Phone calls with our team may be recorded. The purpose is narrow: confirming trip details, keeping an accurate record of what was quoted, and resolving a disagreement later if one comes up. If you would rather not be recorded, say so at the start of the call and we will note it.

Email and form submissions are kept as written records in the same way.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and the related correspondence for as long as we need them for the purposes above, and afterward only as long as required for tax, accounting, or legal reasons. When a record is no longer needed, we delete it or remove the identifying parts.

You can ask us to delete your details sooner. If a quote is still active or a flight is booked through us, we may need to keep what is necessary to finish that work, and we will tell you if that is the case.

Your choices and how to reach us

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to the contact address on this site with enough detail for us to find your request, such as the email you used and the approximate date you asked for a quote. We will respond within a reasonable time.

If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page. Questions about privacy, or about how a quote was put together, are welcome at the same contact address.
